These terms govern your use of ManaSaya (manasaya.com). By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

ManaSaya provides interactive courses, a cognitive Mind Gym, and a free Cognitive Profile. The Cognitive Profile measures how you perform on short games today; it is not a clinical or official IQ, and we do not promise it will raise your IQ or your grades.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure. Accounts for children are created and managed by a parent/guardian or a school. You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.

3. Plans & payment

Some features require a paid plan. Payments are handled by Stripe. Monthly and annual subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable once a billing period has started. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals, but your plan remains active and fully usable until the end of the subscription period you already paid for (its next anniversary date), at which point it will not renew.

4. Content & acceptable use

All course content, illustrations, exercises and other materials made available through the service are the exclusive property of ManaSaya or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This protection is automatic and does not depend on registration with, or payment to, any copyright office or agency. Access to this content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial, educational use only. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publicly share, or use the content (in whole or in part) to build, train, or supply another product or service, without our prior written permission.

5. Liability & changes

The service is provided “as is”. We may update these terms and will revise the date above when we do.
