Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 August 2026

This policy explains what data ManaSaya (“we”, “us”) collects, why, and the rights you have over it. We aim to collect as little as possible and to be honest about our Cognitive Profile: it measures how you perform on short games — it is not a clinical or official IQ.

1. What we collect

2. Why we use it (lawful basis)

3. Children & minors

ManaSaya is an educational product used by students worldwide. Accounts for children are created and managed by a parent/guardian, or by a school acting under appropriate authority, and that adult provides consent on the child’s behalf. We do not knowingly allow a child below the digital-consent age applicable in their country to create an independent account without guardian involvement. A child’s Cognitive Profile is framed as strengths and learning style, never as a ranking or label.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the processors needed to run the service:

5. Your rights

Wherever you are in the world, you can access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete your data, and withdraw consent at any time. You can:

If your country or region has a data protection authority (for example, the CNIL in France or a similar body elsewhere in the EU/UK), you may also lodge a complaint with them.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your account, learning and Cognitive Profile data while your account is active. When you delete your account we remove it, and we delete data from inactive accounts after 24 months of inactivity.

7. Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the “last updated” date above.
